Matt Monteiro is a former collegiate wrestler at CSU Bakersfield and Cal Poly. He currently works for the Bragg Company in their renewable energy division. He also is a coach at Bakersfield High School. We talk about coaching philosophies, Matt's wrestling story, and preview the BHS Dual against Clovis High School on Wednesday.
